This page sets out the order, payment, delivery, and return conditions that apply when you use Gen Label's label manufacturing services. Please read it before placing an order.
1. General Provisions
By using the label manufacturing services offered by Gen Label, you are deemed to have accepted the terms on this page. These terms apply to all orders; we recommend reading them carefully before using our services.
2. Placing and Approving Orders
Orders are taken by WhatsApp, phone, or email. Order details must be confirmed in writing. Production begins after design approval; change requests must be submitted before production starts.
3. Payment Terms
We accept bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Individual customers pay in advance; business customers pay a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due on delivery. Production begins once payment is received.
4. Delivery Terms
The standard delivery time is 3-5 business days; for custom designs it may extend to 5-7 business days. Shipping charges are based on the order total; orders over 500 TL ship free.
5. Quality Assurance
All products pass quality control before shipment; material quality, color and design accuracy, and dimensional precision are checked. Products found to have production defects are remade.
6. Returns and Exchanges
Products with production defects are remade free of charge; exchanges for customer-caused errors carry an additional charge. Custom-made products cannot be returned. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
