We manufacture woven labels in jacquard, satin, and damask techniques; hang tags; care labels; woven school emblems; and custom textile labels. Labels are finished as end fold, center fold, loop fold, or mitre fold. Our production program also covers hologram labels and boxes and promotional products.

It depends on the product: woven label orders typically start at 500 pieces, hang tags and care labels at 1000 pieces. For custom design projects the minimum is agreed case by case; special pricing may be available for smaller runs.

Standard orders are produced and shipped within 3-5 business days. Custom designs can take 5-7 business days, and high-volume orders longer. Rush production is available for urgent orders at an additional charge.

Yes. Samples of our existing products are free of charge; custom design samples are paid, with the cost deducted from your main order. Samples are ready in 2-3 business days; shipping charges apply for deliveries outside Istanbul.

We prefer vector files (AI, PDF, EPS). PNG and JPG at 300 DPI or higher, as well as CDR and PSD files, are also accepted. If all you have is a logo or text, we prepare the design for you.

Yes. We offer free design proposals, including logo editing and vectorization, color and size adjustments, and technical drawings. We always obtain your proof approval before going into production.

For woven labels we use 100% polyester and cotton-blend yarns; for paper work we use paper, cardboard, bristol, and kraft. Our dyes are UV-resistant; the labels go through wash-resistance treatments and meet textile standards.

Price depends on product type, order quantity, the number of colors and complexity of the design, and extras such as lamination and custom die-cutting. Unit price drops as quantity increases; rush delivery can affect the price. For an exact quote, send your artwork and quantity on WhatsApp.

We accept cash, bank transfer/EFT, and credit card. Individual orders are paid in advance; for business customers we work with a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% on delivery. Open account and payment terms can be discussed for business customers.

Delivery within Istanbul is free. We ship by courier throughout Turkey; shipping is at the buyer's expense, though we cover it on higher-value orders. Your tracking number is sent by SMS.

If there is a production defect, your order is remade free of charge; for quality issues we offer a full refund or exchange. Corrections for customer-caused errors carry an additional charge. Custom-made products cannot be returned; issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
